Ran into an interesting issue reported by a customer. In their CRM implementation, they were not able to adjust (increase) the size of their lead.description attribute. It’s an ntext field so it will store millions of characters, but the CRM UI was limiting them to 2,000 (the default size).

I was recently at a two-day conference, and sat through about 18 hours worth of presentations spread out over 8 or 9 sessions. While I enjoyed almost all of them, I found myself jotting down pet-peeves or annoyances as they presented themselves, so to speak.
