New Release of CRM Plus
I’ve spent the last few days (pretty quiet here while our American customers celebrate their Independence) updating our CRM Plus User Guide to include the large amount of new features we’ve added to CRM Plus since the last major release (in January).
New stuff includes:
- Standard issue Network Fileshare Viewer
- Standard issue Preferred Address Plug-in
- Shopping Baskets
- Enhanced ‘Last Contacted On’ features
- Auto-close/complete option for Activities
- Activities Plus enhancements galore, including:
New Activity Type Filter Strip (to replace the hideous textbox/picklist train-wreck we had going on there)
Configure your own columns for Activities Plus, including adding/removing columns, specifying column orders, and column headings
Better/more flexible activity type suppression
